Louisa Molteni & C Small Table

Vincent Van Duysen designed Louisa, a set of round and oval coffee tables in which the presence of wood and cement creates an innovative tactile and aesthetic effect.

The supporting structure - a conical central plinth - is lifted from the floor and inserted into the space hollowed out in it. Transverse objects, combined as desired, simple, light, elegant: the quintessence of modern design.

The countertops, which look a bit like hanging trays, are made of ash, brick red cement or eucalyptus wood and have an original radial motif achieved using a special slab joining procedure.
